Terms and Conditions

1. After friendly consultation, Party A and Party B have signed this agency car rental contract. Both parties have decided that Party A will hand over the vehicle to Party B for rental and sale during this period.If Party B rents the Window period for more than one month, Party A has the right to take back the vehicle unconditionally. In addition to this situation, after friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B may mutually agree to terminate the contract ahead of its term in the absence of any reservations, allowing Party A to reclaim the vehicle. From the date the vehicle is reclaimed, this contract shall automatically become null and void. All fees must be settled on the day Party A reclaims the vehicle. Thereafter, all related matters will no longer involve Party B. If there are existing reservations during the contract term and Party A insists on reclaiming the vehicle, then the total amount of the reservation will serve as a penalty for the premature cancellation of the contract.

2. The second party will settle with the first party after each shipment. The settlement 

method is: Party B retains 30% of the rent and settles 70% of the rent to Party A.

3. Insurance regulations 

The first party shall purchase full insurance and be responsible for bearing the monthly insurance costs. The insurance amount needs to be between 10W-30W. But if an accident occurs, Party B promises to cooperate with Party A in handling the claims. The amount of insurance compensation will be used to complete the repair and maintenance of the vehicle, as well as to compensate Party A for losses. If Party B fails to cooperate with insurance compensation, resulting in the vehicle being unable to be restored, Party A has the right to hold Party B responsible and demand compensation. 

 

4. Maintenance and Service 

The second party needs to monitor the condition of the vehicle in real-time, communicate regularly with the first party, complete the maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle, and ensure that the vehicle is always in good condition. The cost of maintenance and upkeep shall be borne by Party A. 

 

5. Terms of Party B's Use of Vehicles Starting from Agreement signing date, Party A's vehicles shall be handed over to Party B for safekeeping. Party A allows Party B to use the vehicle reasonably and legally, and 

Party A allows Party B to use it for commercial purposes Both Party A and Party B shall not be bound by any other agreement in this contract and shall not fulfill any other terms of this agreement. 

 

6. Mileage Limitation 

The first party allows the second party to take           free miles during the vehicle custody period. Exceeding _____________MILES, The fee of $        /mile will be settled with Party A. 

7. Penalties and other charges 

7.1 During the contract period, if there's any vehicle ticket/toll bill, Party A must provide Party B with the ticket within 21 days from the start of the fine for processing. Party B will be fully responsible for the amount of the fine. If provided after 21 days from the start of the fine, Party B will no longer be responsible for handling the fine.

7.2  During the contract period, if there are any costs associated with the renewal of the vehicle registration, Party A must handle or personally renew it. Any costs incurred due to delayed registration updates will be the responsibility of Party A.

7.3 Any other expenses that may arise during the rental period shall be handled 

through friendly negotiation between Party A and Party B.

This agreement is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, and shall come into effect from the date of signature by both parties.

·For your car's safety, if you didn't have GPS right now, we strongly suggest you to install the GPS on your car and when you take your car back, we can transfer GPS tracking to your link.

 

·You have the option to purchase commercial insurance for the vehicle through our company. We will provide all relevant insurance policies documents, and assist with vehicle claims and related matters. However, you agree to release us from any liability related to insurance denial or delayed payment.
